Dentro del Departamento de Consumer Healthcare, la posición de prácticas está enfocada a apoyar y contribuir al seguimiento de las acciones de Trade Marketing (on y offline) de todas las marcas de Consumer Healthcare, de acuerdo con los planes de marketing definidos para cada una de ellas, con el objetivo de ayudar, tanto a la red comercial como al punto de venta, a incrementar las ventas y reforzar el posicionamiento de marca.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Seguimiento de stocks de materiales y timings del material del plan promocional farmacia.
  • Referencias de materiales promocionales: Gestión alta y baja en CRM (Customer Service) y comunicación con la red de ventas.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de:
    • Materiales Consumer Healthcare (diseño, ficha de alta y aprobación). Revisión de materiales digitales en plataformas digitales (e-commerce).
    • Solicitudes de creatividades para la red de ventas.
    • Creación y seguimiento de reportes (E-consent, datos de sell out, etc.) para Área managers.
    • Documentos de campaña.
    • Catálogo interactivo en aplicación MOBILE.
    • Condiciones comerciales (cambios de PVL, PVP, altas, bajas, etc.).
  • Envío de dotaciones a la red de ventas del canal farmacia y gestores del punto de venta (GPVs) del canal parafarmacia.

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si:

  • Eres estudiante de Grado/Máster/Posgrado y tienes interés y motivación por desarrollarte en el sector farmacéutico.
  • Valoramos que tengas formación en marketing, ventas u otros estudios similares.
  • Eres una persona con capacidad de análisis y atención a los detalles, proactiva y que trabaja con autonomía.
  • Eres una persona que trabaja en equipo y en colaboración con personas de diferentes niveles dentro de la organización y que prioriza para cumplir los plazos necesarios y mantener unos resultados de alta calidad.
  • Trabajas habitualmente con MS Office.
  • Tienes un nivel de inglés (medio - avanzado).
  • Podemos establecer un convenio de prácticas con tu centro de estudios por un mínimo de 6 meses.
