Mission:Turn scientific ideas into effective, scalable food suppplements.Para presentar una candidatura, simplemente lea la siguiente descripción del puesto y asegúrese de adjuntar los documentos pertinentes.Own the development of new nutraceuticals from idea or concept to industrial reality.Functions:Lead formulation projects from concept to scale-up.Develop and optimise tablets (mono, bi-layer, tri-layer) and capsules.Manage and support R&D technicians.Report to the R&D Manager.Run trials at lab and pilot scale.Make sure what works on paper also works in production.Prepare technical documentation in English: formulation reports, process validations, internal records.Work closely with QA, Regulatory, Production and Marketing.Keep an eye on new technologies, ingredients and processes that can improve how we work.Requirements:Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology...At least 4 years of experience in formulation or galenic development (solid forms).Solid knowledge of compression, coating and encapsulation processes.Comfortable managing technical documents in English.Proactive, hands-on, with a clear understanding of industrial reality.Benefits:Competitive salary, aligned with your experience.Flexible Working Hours. xcskxlj Strong career progression.
