Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for anActive Directory / Systems Administratorto join our team for aleading international company in the insurance sector , working in a complex, dynamic and global IT environment.Key Responsibilities: Administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Active Directory infrastructure. Monitoring system performance, availability and reliability across multiple environments. Patch management, system updates and lifecycle management. Troubleshooting, incident investigation and resolution related to authentication and directory services. Support and integration of non-Microsoft systems using LDAP. Collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors. Analysis and implementation of RBAC-based delegation models. Participation in automation and process improvement initiatives.Skills: Essential: Proven experience as a System Administrator in complex infrastructures. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory services (DNS, GPO, Trusts, authentication). Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management. Ability to work in international, distributed teams. High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C). Desirable: Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell). Knowledge of disaster recovery, auditing or monitoring tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Job Conditions & Benefits: Permanent contract.
