With a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence, we are expanding our product portfolio and seeking an experienced NPD Manager to lead our innovation pipeline and bring groundbreaking products to market.Role Overview: As NPD Manager, you will oversee the development of new products from ideation to commercialization. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. This is a high-impact role for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the NPD strategy in alignment with market trends and company objectivesLead cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance.Manage the full product development lifecycle: concept creation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.Conduct market and consumer research to identify innovation opportunities.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.Drive continuous improvement in product performance, cost optimization, and sustainability.Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.Qualifications:Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in NPD within the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of successful product launches.Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Deep understanding of ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory requirements.Fluent in English and Spanish.What We Offer:Strategic leadership role in a growing, innovation-focused company.Competitive compensation and benefits.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.A collaborative culture that values creativity and consumer-centric thinking.
