Account Executive – German-Speaking | Hospitality SaaS (Remote / Barcelona)We’re looking for a driven and experienced German Speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing hospitality technology company, focused on helping hotels, resorts, and tourism brands drive smarter decisions through real-time insights and analytics.The company’s SaaS platform unifies operational, financial, and performance data into an intuitive interface that enables better commercial outcomes for hospitality teams. Customers use the product to understand performance trends, identify opportunities, and improve profitability across properties and portfolios.This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales track record in hospitality, hotels, or tourism software, who is fluent in German and ready to own business development and new revenue across the DACH region.What you’ll be doing Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, focusing on German-speaking hospitality customers (hotels, groups, tourism operators) in the DACH region. Build and manage a pipeline of leads across mid-market and SMB accounts Deliver consultative discovery, articulate value propositions tailored to hospitality workflows, and negotiate contracts Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging, capture feedback, and support rollout Hit and exceed revenue goals while representing the company as a trusted partner in hospitality technologyWhat we’re looking for Fluency in German (required) Proven sales experience selling into hospitality businesses, hotels, or tourism technology buyers Demonstrated success owning full sales cycles and closing new business Strong communicator with a consultative, relationship-building approach Comfortable working in an agile, high-growth SaaS environment Senior candidates open to fully remote arrangements while delivering consistently strong resultsWhat’s on offer Competitive compensation and performance-based upside Flexible working model — hybrid in Barcelona or fully remote for senior hires A chance to lead growth in a clearly defined vertical with strong customer demand Supportive, international team with a mission to transform how the hospitality industry uses data
