ElSales Specialistes responsable de identificar, cualificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en los sectores industriales donde Singular Logistics aporta mayor valor (alimentación, automoción, químico, pharma, retail, e-commerce, metal, logística y manufactura avanzada).Su misión es liderar el ciclo comercial completo —de ICP a cierre— aplicando elmétodo comercial estandarizado de Singular Logistics, basado en: pitch comercial propuestas estándar y preventa técnica, gestión rigurosa del pipeline en CRM Odoo, y foco absoluto en ROI, eficiencia y problem solving del cliente.Contribuir directamente al crecimiento comercial generando y cerrando oportunidades de alto potencial mediante: # Propuestas comerciales de calidad. # Coordinación con Inside Sales/Sales Ops. # Colaboración estrecha con Preventa Técnica. # Prospección, qualify y generación de pipeline Generar leads outbound (mínimo 10/día). Llevar cada lead a etapa SQL mediante discovering estructurado. Asistir en ferias, eventos y showrooms.Validar volumen, tipo de carga, distancias, ROI potencial y nivel de urgencia. Documentar todo en CRM Odoo de forma completa.Pitch Comercial consultivo (V6) Preparar pre-meeting (slides, vídeos, equipos, layout). Recoger feedback (1–5) al final del pitch.Propuestas comerciales ~ Generar propuestas estándar con calculadora interna cuando .€. ~ Solicitar preventa técnica cuando la operación sea compleja o ~Coordinar con Inside Sales para documentación final. ~ Presentar y defender propuestas ante el cliente.Gestión del pipeline en CRM Odoo Enriquecer datos de cada oportunidad: flujo, ROI, objeciones, actores, urgencia. Mover etapas con criterios claros: SQL → Pitch → Propuesta → Hot Deal → Cierre. Relación cliente — acompañamiento consultivo Acompañar al cliente en showroom (si procede). Gestionar dudas sobre integración con ERP/WMS. Formalizar acuerdos y traspaso a ejecución.Conocimiento del sector industrial/logístico (deseable). Familiaridad con APIs, integración ERP/WMS y procesos intralogísticos. Dominio de CRM (ideal Odoo). Habilidad en presentaciones comerciales consultivas.Resiliencia comercial y capacidad de priorizar. Trabajo en equipo con espíritu competitivo sano.100% orientación al dato # Calidad por encima de cantidad # Actividad diaria y semanal cumplida (mínimo 8 actividades/oportunidad). Ratio SQL → Pitch. Enriquecimiento de datos en CRM. Contribución al objetivo global 10M€.2–5 años en ventas B2B industriales (deseable). ~ Experiencia en soluciones técnicas, maquinaria, automatización o software industrial. ~ Nivel alto de español; inglés valorable. ~ Dominio de herramientas digitales y CRM. ~ Formar parte de un equipo con ambición real (10M€ 2026).
