Desde Neinor Homes importante promotora inmobiliaria, buscamos Project Manager para nuestro equipo de Barcelona:Misión:Velar por el proceso constructivo y hacer su seguimiento desde el comienzo de la Obra hasta la entrega al cliente final, cumpliendo los parámetros de plazo, precio, calidad y seguridad definidos por la Compañía.Funciones: -Representante de la promotora ante la empresa constructora y la dirección de obra. -Control en obra desde el inicio hasta el final de todo el proceso constructivo. -Implantación en obra de procedimientos de gestión, calidad y seguridad de la empresa. -Revisión del proyecto de obra con aplicación de aquellas modificaciones que se consideren necesarias. - Supervisión de la ejecución del proyecto. - Control de certificaciones y monitoring de la empresa. -Control de planificación, plazos y costes de la obra. -Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la compañía. -Gestiones ante terceros, compañías suministradoras e instituciones. - Responsable de la planificación y coordinación de los esfuerzos presupuestarios de proyecto tal y como están en el programa y ajustados a los requerimientos indicados por la Dirección de Obra.Requisitos: -Formación: Ingeniero/ Arquitecto Técnico. -Experiencia consolidada en Supervisión y Seguimiento de Obras Residenciales a pie de obra. -Valorable experiencia como Jefe de Obra y/o Jefe de producción. -Imprescindible ser un profesional orientado a resultados, con gran capacidad de gestión e implicación profesional.
