Damos soporte en una gran variedad de áreas como Operaciones, Desarrollo de producto, Compras, Firmware, Software, Business Intelligence, Gestión, Transformación digital, y muchas más Además, desarrollamos soluciones tecnológicas a medida desde nuestros Hubs Tecnológicos.

La persona seleccionada gestionará el servicio postventa para clientes internacionales, brindando un soporte integral para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, optimizar procesos y proporcionar análisis basados en datos para una mejora continua.

¿Qué haré? Estas serán tus principales funciones:

  1. Proporcionarás servicio postventa de maquinaria a clientes de todo el mundo en inglés.
  2. Iniciarás y mantendrás comunicaciones con los clientes para garantizar el cumplimiento de los contratos establecidos, resolviendo dudas, explicando procesos y gestionando incidencias.
  3. Colaborarás en iniciativas basadas en datos (data-driven), proporcionando insights clave para mejorar procesos y optimizar la experiencia del cliente.
  4. Analizarás datos relacionados con el consumo, inventarios y facturación, utilizando Excel para generar reportes y dashboards que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
  5. Generarás órdenes de compra según la planificación establecida.
  6. Gestionarás el proceso de facturación mensual para clientes con suscripción.
  7. Utilizarás Excel y SharePoint para mantener actualizada la base de datos y compartir información de manera eficiente.

¿Cómo lo haré?

  1. Tendrás un horario flexible.
  2. Formarás parte de un equipo internacional de alto rendimiento con un alto grado de especialización.
  3. Trabajarás en modelo híbrido, acudiendo los martes y jueves a la oficina de Sant Cugat del Vallès.
  4. Los demás días podrás teletrabajar, o si quieres, puedes ir a la misma oficina o a cualquier oficina de BETWEEN.
  5. Tendrás un PC y los periféricos necesarios para el desarrollo de tu trabajo.
