Líder en el mercado de Operación y Mantenimiento, RES te invita a participar en el desarrollo, crecimiento y gestión del área técnica. Actualmente estamos buscando incorporar un/a Wind Maintenance Project Manager/ Gestor de O&M Wind para los parques de Yerga y Préjano cerca de Arnedo (La Rioja).
¿Qué funciones realizarás?
- Dirigir a un equipo de personas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos contractuales acordados y esperados con el cliente.
- Reportar información necesaria, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos, para alimentar los diferentes procesos del cliente, superiores y de los departamentos que lo precisen.
- Solicitar a los diferentes departamentos, áreas y responsables de clientes, soporte, información o apoyo necesario para el correcto desempeño de la actividad.
- Analizar, planificar y organizar los diferentes trabajos, mediante una adecuada repartición de las tareas entre los miembros del equipo, con el objetivo de lograr mayor eficacia y optimización de recursos.
- Supervisar que la actividad laboral se realiza bajo el cumplimiento y criterios de seguridad, calidad, medioambiente y de mantenimiento establecidos por la legislación, el cliente, o la empresa.
- Vigilar el nivel técnico y anímico del equipo de trabajo, aplicando motivación, comunicación y formación según las necesidades.
- Informar al equipo de trabajo acerca de la evolución de la empresa e informar a los superiores de la evolución del equipo.
Lo que buscamos en nuestro Gestor:
- Experiencia demostrable en tareas similares a las descritas.
- ESTUDIOS: Ingeniería Técnica o Superior, o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior o Medio.
- Conocimiento informático avanzado (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Conocimiento de inglés a nivel medio.
- Persona dinámica, con iniciativa y que sepa trabajar en equipo y con autonomía.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
Valoraremos positivamente:
- Conocimientos informáticos en Paquete Office.
- Experiencia en Sistemas de Gestión (SAP, etc.).
- Capacidad de comunicación y de negociación.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación de nuevos conocimientos y tareas.
- Capacidad de gestión de personal.
