Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead a team of supervisors and oversee specific areas within wind construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure contractors' operations are executed according to contractual requirements
- Manage and support the team of supervisors
- Develop and manage resource plans to ensure necessary personnel, equipment, and materials are available when needed
- Orientate task planning to organize and assign daily tasks to supervisors, ensuring efficient distribution of work
- Evaluate the performance of supervisors, providing feedback and establishing improvement plans
- Promote and verify compliance with safety standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or coordination role within the construction, wind energy, or related industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing supervisors and their teams
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols specific to wind energy projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
