The Team

The Immigration and Global Mobility Department deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions, from French nationality issues, passing through the right of foreigner's to stay in France or even dealing with the European Internal Market.

Accountabilities

  1. Working closely with France Lexidy and other departments to support daily business operations.
  2. Conducting the first meetings with leads and bringing new clients while contributing to the development of the office.
  3. Assisting our clients (companies and individuals) through their Immigration and global mobility journey.
  4. Organizing and tracking client cases and files and maintaining information on relevant expiry dates (visa deadlines, sponsor license renewals, etc.).
  5. Managing relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinating all necessary appointments.
  6. Carrying out the legal and administrative tasks related to the department.
  7. Training of junior team members.
  8. Studying and researching on Immigration and Labour Law linked to Global mobility processes.
  9. Drafting legal appeals.
  10. Assisting in court procedures.
  11. Solving day-to-day queries.

You have:

  1. A law degree in France and a master's degree.
  2. Registered in a French Bar Association (it's a mandatory requirement for this role).
  3. Previous experience with Immigration, Labour Law, and Global Mobility autonomously handling client cases from start to finish.
  4. A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together.
  5. Passion, energy, and commitment.
  6. Fluent in English and French (C1 / C2). Other languages are definitely a plus.
  7. Excited about and curious for digital tools, process automation, and innovation.
  8. A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands.
  9. A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help.
