If you have a passion for client relations, an eagerness to work with one of the most innovative companies in the world, and you enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, we want to hear from you.#As theDutch-speaking Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients (primarily Google) and our internal teams. You will play a crucial role in managing client expectations, driving project success, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any issues that arise. Create project timelines, track milestones, and ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. #Regularly review account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies. #Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to deliver the best possible solutions. Mentor junior team members and support their professional development. #Client Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring all metrics are tracked accurately. Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports and reviews. Use data-driven insights to improve client campaigns and outcomes. #Communicate fluently inDutchwith clients, partners, and internal teams.
