We are looking for a smart, curious, andhands-on professionalto join our team in Dubai.Please Note: This role requires immediate relocation to Dubai.✨ Your Role: Digital & Strategy ConsultantThis is a high-impact, dynamic role where you will act as an internal consultant, driving strategic and operational transformation. You will be responsible not only for structuring solutions but also forimplementing them from end-to-end . You will collaborate closely with high-level stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with rigorous execution.What You'll Do (Focus on Implementation & Strategy)Drive Implementation:Design, document, andactively implementnew processes, governance frameworks, and policies to ensure organizational scalability. Strategic Analysis:Analyze complex data sets, extractactionable insights , and propose business improvements that directly impact profitability. Project Ownership:Take ownership of cross-functional projects, managing execution and ensuring timely delivery of results to the leadership team. Leadership Support:Prepare investor-ready pitch decks, performance dashboards, and conduct strategic market research. Operational Excellence:Support daily operations and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to push growth initiatives forward.What We're Looking ForEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field. Experience:2–4 years of relevant experience , ideally inmanagement consultingor in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. Consulting Mindset:Strong analytical skills and proven ability tostructure complex business problemsinto clear, executable plans. Hands-on Attitude:A bias for action; comfort in not just recommending solutions but personally driving theirimplementation . Adaptability:Proven comfort working in agile, rapidly changing environments and managing competing priorities under pressure. Language:Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level minimum) , both written and verbal, for daily use with a multicultural leadership team.Conditions & LogisticsMandatory Requirement:The selected candidate must be willing and able torelocate to Dubai, UAE .
