If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy creating clarity from complexity, and love building processes that actually work, we would love to meet you.THIS APPEALS TO YOUDesign and establish ourglobal Talent Review & Successionprocess, including governance, templates, cadence, and decision logic.IntegrateDE&I insights and metricsinto talent pipeline management.Build and refine frameworks that connect talent, performance, mobility and leadership development.Partner closely with People Partners, HR‑IT, Divisions, and other COEs to ensure consistency and alignment.Prepare senior‑level dashboards, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decisions.Support the creation of cross‑COE processes and the broader People Operating System.THIS IS YOU5–10 years experiencein Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, HR Program Management or HR Operations.Strong experiencebuilding or running Talent Review & Succession cycles .Hands‑on experience withHRIS systems , ideallySuccessFactors(Performance, Talent, Learning).Analytical mindset (Excel, reporting, dashboards) with a talent for simplifying complexity.Strongstakeholder management skillsand the ability to collaborate across senior layers and global environments.Experience with program or vendor management, ideally in leadership or L&D contexts.A proactive, structured, impact‑oriented working style — you enjoybuilding , not maintaining.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS You will play a central role in shaping our future talent landscape and ensuring we have the right people, capabilities, and successors in place to achieve our strategy.
