The RoleLEAD, OPTIMISE, IMPACTAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – EMEA Supply Chain, plays a pivotal role in leading and developing the recruitment team while managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle within the Supply Chain function. With a focus on optimizing recruitment processes, building sustainable pipelines, and delivering impactful initiatives, this role shapes hiring strategies while ensuring outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. As a leader in hiring forSupply Chainroles in EMEA, you & your team will be responsible for searching for outstanding talent inPlanning, Customer Services, Production & Manufacturing . You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director EMEA, and you will own: ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for your scope, from specialist to director-level roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires Oversee your team’s activities, actively contributing to sourcing and filling roles while tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction Continuously optimise recruitment processes and leverage technology and data analytics for greater efficiency Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Build and maintain strong talent networks through proactive engagement and relationship-building Conduct strategic market mapping and provide insights on talent availability and trends to inform hiring strategies Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other key functions (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, People Operations) to align recruitment with business needs Manage the relationships of external vendors and agencies for your scope ensuring strong and smooth partnership Identify talent sources and employment branding opportunities within your area of responsibility Work together with CoE to develop and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and enhance Coty employer brand Lead initiatives to attract diverse candidates and foster an inclusive hiring environment Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, company policies, and industry standards Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, while also maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes You are a Coty FitYou are a seasoned talent acquisition leader with a proven ability to manage teams and optimize talent acquisition processes. You excel at building relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
