We are seeking a versatileData & AI Engineer , preferably with strongAzure and Pythonskills, to support internal product development and R&D initiatives in close collaboration with the team.Person:We are looking for individuals who embody a strongautodidactic mindset , bringing curiosity, dedication, and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of independently managing tasks, generating innovative ideas, and proactively taking initiative, as we cultivate autonomy and personal freedom in our work environment.Qualifications:Must-haves: Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, preferablyPython ,TypeScript , orC# Solid knowledge ofdata and AI engineering , includingData Lakehouse architecturesandLLMs Familiarity withAzure ,Fabric ,Databricks , andPower BI Proficiency inCI/CD practicesusingAzure DevOpsorGitHub Fluent Englishfor active participation in daily work and projects Doctoral or Master’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldNice-to-haves: Experience withn8nand/orLangChain Relevant professionalcertifications Familiarity withEU-funded projects Active contributions toopen-source projects Proficiency in an additionalEuropean language , preferablyGerman
