Who We AreAt Spoki, we’re redefining how businesses communicate with their customers through innovative technology, 3x YoY growth, and a vision to become a Unicorn.Obtenga más información sobre las tareas generales relacionadas con esta oportunidad a continuación, así como sobre las habilidades requeridas.We empower businesses worldwide with Conversational Commerce tools that optimize marketing, sales, and customer support- making every interaction seamless, efficient, and personalized.With WhatsApp as our core channel and AI-powered solutions, we’re on a mission to help millions of businesses thrive through exceptional customer experiences.Joining Spoki means being part of a passionate and ambitious team ready to scale globally, where innovation, meaningful conversations, and sustainable growth are at the heart of everything we do.We Are Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer Your RoleAs a Senior Graphic Designer at Spoki, you will bring our brand to life across social media, digital campaigns, and marketing assets.Your main focus will be to create on-brand visual content (static and simple motion) for our digital channels, maintain a consistent visual identity, and experiment with AI tools to boost quality and speed of production.You’ll work closely with the marketing team, turning briefs and ideas into clear, attractive visuals that support our growth in the conversational commerce space.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Campaign Design: Create compelling visuals for organic and paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Motion Design experience: Ability to create simple, effective motion for social media (short videos, ads, animations) using AI motion tools.AI-Powered Creation: Hands-on experience in using AI tools (optimize and create workflows, generate images and visual variations and speed up production without compromising quality)UX/UI mindset: Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, Design focused on clarity and usability, Ability to adapt designs across different contexts and formats.Digital Assets Production: Design graphics for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and in-platform visuals when needed.Collaboration with Marketing: Work hand in hand with the marketing team to understand goals, audiences, and messages, and translate them into effective visual solutions.Brand Consistency: Apply and protect Spoki’s visual identity across all assets, ensuring coherence in layouts, typography, color, and iconography.Experience & Skillsmore than 8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or SaaS/B2B environments (or a portfolio that shows equivalent experience).Strong portfolio showing social media design, campaign assets, and solid visual taste (composition, typography, color, iconography).Proficiency in Figma and AI tools, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.Understanding of digital marketing basics and how creatives impact performance (CTR, engagement, conversions).Ability to work from a brief, respect deadlines, and iterate based on feedback.Proficient in English (written and spoken).Spanish is a plus.What We OfferDefine and lead the creative vision of a company poised for global expansion.Work with an international passionate, supportive, and talented team dedicated to excellence.Gear up with our tech equipment: Apple MacBook Pro, Apple Keyboard, Apple Trackpad, 2nd WideScreen Monitor, Shooting Equipment.Regular team-building events and celebrations.Access cutting-edge technologies and resources to stay at the forefront.Competitive Compensation: Gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €37,000/year, with performance-based adjustments, commensurate with experience.Work Policy for BarcelonaThis is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona.Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year).The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager. xcskxlj Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
