Project Manager - Jefe/a de ObraG4 GROUP,somos unaempresa de arquitectura, ingeniería, diseño y construcciónmultidisciplinar con sedes en lugares increíbles como Barcelona, Madrid, Turín, París y Dubái.Actualmente estamos en busca de perfilesespecializados en obras de retail, oficinas y hotelespara unirse a la constructora - APREU DESIGN & BUILDComo parte de nuestro equipo, tendrás la oportunidad de sumergirte en proyectos emocionantes y trabajar en un entorno colaborativo que fomenta el crecimiento profesional.Posición:Project Manager - Jefe/a de Obra Ubicación:MadridTramitar y gestionar las relaciones con clientes y proveedores Coordinar el equipo de trabajo y gestionar la subcontratación necesaria. Realizar la gestión económica de la obra para asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto. Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Project Manager - Jefe/a de Obra en obras de acondicionamiento interior para retail, oficinas o hoteles. Nivel de inglés hablado y escrito imprescindible. Dominio de AUTOCAD y PRESTO favorable Manejo avanzado del paquete Office. Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de Nivel Básico (60 horas) valorable. Persona proactiva, resolutiva, organizada, responsable y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Disponibilidad para viajar. Carné de conducir vigente favorable¿Incorporación inmediata en una empresa reconocida y en crecimiento. Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
