Automation & Digitalization Manager

We are now looking for an Automation & Digitalization Manager to join our Engineering team. The incumbent will be responsible for: Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design scalable automation frameworks. Lead the digitalization strategy for the Industrial assets identifying and implementing new digital tools, applications, and platforms. Spearhead AI/ML projects for predictive analytics. Act as a change agent by conducting training sessions and workshops on automation best practices. Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing and/or future business systems (SAP, ERP, MES). Ensure automation and digital solutions align with corporate policies, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations. Establish governance frameworks for automation initiatives and monitor compliance with IT security protocols. Manage risks related to automation adoption and propose mitigation strategies. Strong knowledge of automation and digital tools (Experience with Aveva system platform is preferred). Strong project management skills with experience in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma methodologies. Disciplined approach to work and “Lead by Example.” Strong Business Partnering; energetic and excellent communication skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on automation-driven business efficiency. Strong leadership & stakeholder management abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration. Innovative thinking and adaptability to emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills for influencing and training teams on automation adoption. Proficient in English language to work in a European context.
