Collaborative – You build strong relationships across teams, universities, and local partners. Tech-savvy – Confident with tools like Trello, Asana, or Google Workspace. Preparing the Master sheets and the Kanbanchi boards for each program Whatsapp groups, emailing, lists, Hubspot properties and documents, Kahoots, Code of Conducts, Moving students through different stages on Hubspot, etc. Operational Efficiency & Quality Maintain accurate records of budgets, logistics, and itineraries. Apply a systematic approach to planning and documentation. Ensure high standards of detail, service, and quality.IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, logistics, or project management within an international or multicultural context Demonstrated excellence in logistics planning and itinerary development Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (Kanbanchi, Trello, Asana, etc.) Fluency in English required;
