SotoTennis Academy (STA), based in Sotogrande, Spain, is a leading tennis academy dedicated to developing young, passionate tennis players aiming for success in US College programs or the Professional Tour. Led by WTA/ATP Coach Daniel Kiernan, the Academy provides a supportive training environment for players that fosters both athletic and personal growth. STA also offers training weeks for junior and pro players looking to supplement their current programs.The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the academy. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimising operational workflows, developing budgets, and ensuring the smooth implementation of academy programs for our players. This full-time role requires close collaboration with staff, players, parents and Federations within a dynamic sports-focused environment.Proven expertise in Operations Management and a track record of implementing effective operational strategies. Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and improve processes. Experience in Team Management and excellent Communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
