La posición tendrábase en Barcelona (oficinas en Terrassa) y reportará directamente a Dirección Comercial, conresponsabilidad sobre un equipo de 2 personas.Tu misión • Desarrollar y consolidar el negocio de Marset en Alemania, Austria y Suiza. • Gestionar y hacer crecer la red de distribuidores, agentes y clientes. • Liderar y coordinar un equipo de 2 personas alineado con los objetivos comerciales de la zona. • Trabajar con arquitectos, interioristas y lighting designers para impulsar la prescripción de nuestros productos en proyectos. • Representar a la compañía en ferias, eventos y presentaciones comerciales. • Analizar resultados, detectar oportunidades de crecimiento y realizar seguimiento de KPIs comerciales.Requisitos • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas B2B internacionales, idealmente en iluminación, diseño o producto de alta gama. • Perfil autónomo, proactivo y claramente orientado a resultados. • Alta capacidad de negociación y de construcción de relaciones a largo plazo. • Sensibilidad por el diseño y el detalle. •Nivel alto de alemán e inglés, yespañol alto imprescindible. • Disponibilidad para viajar de forma regular y continua por la región DACH.Qué ofrecemos • Formar parte de una marca internacional de referencia en iluminación de diseño. • Un rol estratégico con alto impacto en el desarrollo de la marca en Europa Central. • Proyecto estable con recorrido a medio y largo plazo. • Paquete retributivo competitivo acorde a la experiencia aportada.¿Te interesa o conoces a alguien que encaje?Nos encantará leerte. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Wir stellen ein | Area Manager DACH (Deutschland, Österreich & Schweiz)Bei Marset sind wir überzeugt: Gutes Design ist mehr als nur Ästhetik – es ist unser Verständnis von Qualität, Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit.Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die das Wachstum von Marset in Mitteleuropa aktiv mitgestalten möchte. Management und Weiterentwicklung unseres Netzwerks aus Händlern, Agenten und Kunden. Führung und Koordination eines 2-köpfigen Teams im Einklang mit den Vertriebszielen der Region. Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Innenarchitekten und Lichtdesignern, um unsere Produkte in Projekten erfolgreich zu positionieren. Repräsentation von Marset auf Messen, Events und bei Präsentationen. Analyse von Ergebnissen, Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen und Monitoring der KPIs.Dein Profil Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in den Bereichen Beleuchtung, Design oder High-End-Produkte. Selbstständig, proaktiv und stark ergebnisorientiert. Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Hohe Sensibilität für Design und Details. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie fließendes Spanisch. Manage and expand the network of distributors, agents, and clients. Lead and coordinate a 2-person team aligned with the region’s commercial goals. Work with architects, interior designers, and lighting designers to promote our products in projects. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and sales presentations. Analyze results, identify growth opportunities, and monitor commercial KPIs.Your Profile Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in lighting, design, or high-end products. Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven. Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build long-term relationships. Sensitivity for design and attention to detail. Fluent in German and English, with strong Spanish skills required.
