From ourLa descripción completa del puesto cubre todas las habilidades asociadas, la experiencia previa y cualquier cualificación que se espera que tengan los solicitantes.Interim Management team, we are looking for aStore Development Managerto join one of our clients: awell-known international premium fashion company, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.Your missionYou will be responsible forsupervising and managing store development projects, from coordination and layout definition to final delivery, acting as themain point of contactfor internal and external stakeholders.What we offerA6-month interim projectwithin aglobal premium fashion brandwith strong international presenceParticipation inhigh-impact store opening and refurbishment projectsExposure tointernational standards, brand guidelines and HQ teamsDynamic, creative and fast-paced retail environmentCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Retail, Architecture, Finance)Excellent opportunity to strengthen yourretail project managementexperiencePotential international exposure and professional visibilityKey responsibilitiesLead store and corner opening projects from planning to final deliveryCoordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partnersAct as project leader and main point of contact for each openingWork closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teamsReview construction and shop drawings throughout all project phasesManage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processesControl project budgets, costs, payments and deliveriesConduct quality control and site visitsOversee store maintenance xcskxlj projects and refurbishmentsSupervise the store maintenance teamWhat we are looking for3–5 years of experiencein store development, architecture, interior design or project managementDegree inArchitecture or Interior DesignStrong technical and construction knowledgeAbility to plan and manage several projects at the same timeHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentAvailability totravel abroadFluent English(French is a plus)
