We are seekinghighly motivated RF & Microwave Antenna Engineersto support the research, design, and development of complex radar and EW systems, delivering innovative solutions inRF and microwave sub-system design and integration. This role involves solving complex technical challenges and contributing to cutting-edge antenna and phased array systems acrossground, airborne, and space-based platforms, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the full system lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Analyzesystem-level requirementsand derive antenna system architectures and key capabilities, including identification ofemerging technologies. Performresearch, design, analysis, and developmentof antenna systems and RF/Microwave products, optimizingsize, weight, performance, and cost. Design and analyzelow-cost radiating elements and polarizersoperating over wide bandwidths and wide scan angles. Develop and testRF/Microwave componentsused in phased array antennas. Review antenna system designs to ensure fulltraceability to system requirements. Produceengineering documentation, including technical specifications, reports, design reviews, and technical presentations. Design RF circuits for implementation onPCB and ceramic substrates. Plan and executeantenna system integration, verification, validation, and risk assessmentactivities. ConductRF measurements, analyze results, and present findings to internal teams and customers. Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams(RF, Mechanical, Manufacturing, I&T, Thermal, Digital, etc.).Requirements Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering, with specialization inAntennas and RF/Microwave Engineering. Strong background inelectromagnetics, antennas, polarizers, and radomes. Experience designingantennas(spiral, Vivaldi, slot, horn, etc.),phased arrays, and RF components for manufacturing. Experience across thefull system development lifecycle(design, analysis, manufacturing, test, verification/validation, delivery, sustainment). Hands-on experience withRF/Microwave test equipment(VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, NF meters, oscilloscopes). Ability to performantenna pattern measurementsand advanced RF characterization. Experience withsimulation toolssuch asHFSS, CST, and MATLAB. Advanced Englishproficiency. Strong communication and presentation skills.Nice to Have / Valued Qualifications Master’s degree orPhD in Electrical Engineering. Experience withActive Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs). Knowledge ofadaptive beamforming algorithms. Experience inRadar Cross Section (RCS)reduction, analysis, simulation, and measurement. Experience designingX-, Ku-, and Ka-bandantenna systems. Familiarity withDesign to Cost (DTC)andDFMAmethodologies. Leadership skills and ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines. Strong learning mindset and comfort in multi-tasking environments.Additional Information Eligibility to obtain security clearance is required.
