Company Description We are the home of The Camino Forum. This online community started in 2004 and has since then collected over 70.000 Camino questions with more than 1 million responses.Casa Ivar runs an online store selling Camino Guides and other things that pilgrims might find useful for their Camino de Santiago. We ship to over 65 countries every year.At Casa Ivar, we offer 3 types of luggage-related services in Santiago. From delivery to hotels in the old town to international remote pick ups with Fedex and DHL.In 2026 we are planning on starting a travel agency, helping pilgrims organise their camino de Santiago.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a pilgrim service assistant in Santiago de Compostela. The assistant will be responsible for processing customers orders, arranging pickups and deliveries for luggage along the Camino from our office among other things. Daily tasks will include packing the orders for the online store, assisting customers on-site and arranging pickups using our online customer service.Qualifications English proficiency (C1-C2 level) Working permit in Spain (DNI or NIE) Availability from March to end of September 5 days a week, including every other weekend. Good organisational skills. Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus. Knowledge in other languages is a plus. Experience working on computers.
