If you love designer toys and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers discover and fall in love with our products Support the Store Manager in daily store operations Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing Handle payments and follow correct procedures at the cashier point Monitor product availability and support stock management Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates Follow all company policies and procedures Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysRequired Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks Reliable and well-organized, with strong attention to detail Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently A team player who brings positivity and helps motivate othersDesirable but Not Essential Experience in the toy or collectibles industry Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems Schedule: Monday to Sunday Weekend availability Experience: Retail experience: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: Right to Work in Spain (required)
