Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site) Company: Topcret About Us Topcret is a leading company in high-performance coatings, with an international presence and a continuously growing network of distributors and applicators. We are looking for a Sales Development & Specification Specialist to expand our distribution network and specify our products within architecture and design firms. Responsibilities:Sales Development: Actively prospect and contact potential distributors, generating business opportunities and closing agreements. Achieve specification and project sales: map key architecture and design firms, establish connections and develop relationships to specify our materials in their projects. CPD Delivery: conduct commercial and technical presentations about our products for architects, designers, and construction companies. Analysis: Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report results in the assigned markets.Requirements: Previous experience in product specification within architecture firms, construction companies, or interior design studios is desired. Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). A strong commercial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is an on-site position.Nice to Have: Experience in the construction materials, coatings, or high-specification product industries.
