About the programme:

The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a year-long comprehensive programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of fascinating projects and ongoing professional and technical training to develop the skills you need to grow your career. About the division:

Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank division provides financial services to corporate clients, financial institutions, and public sector entities globally. It focuses on cash management, trade finance, export finance, project finance, trust and agency services, lending, and risk management (FX and Rates) solutions. The division supports clients in managing liquidity, mitigating risks, and facilitating international trade. With a strong digital infrastructure and global network, it helps businesses optimize working capital and navigate complex financial environments.

About the role:

The Spanish Corporate Bank Coverage team is responsible for originating business with our domestic clients globally, providing a wide range of products and services to them, ensuring that the bank covers all potential needs from a financial, transactional, risk management, and advisory points of view. A Coverage Banker focuses on understanding the client’s business and strategy, originating opportunities, and cross-selling the extensive Deutsche Bank service and product range. The graduate will focus on supporting senior bankers, dealing with product specialists and credit officers, and will have immediate exposure to clients.

We are also looking for team players with the ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment. Good communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, and creativity to generate ideas and foster origination are essential.

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and bilingual in Spanish and English.

To be eligible you must:

  1. Complete your studies between Jan - 24 and Jul - 25.
  2. Be able to start full-time work in July 2025.
