The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, managing the IT asset lifecycle, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires someone who can manage these tasks autonomously and contribute to process improvements. A strong commitment to efficiency, service quality, and proactive asset management is essential.Key Responsibilities: Manage theIT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of equipment. Lead and executeonboarding and offboardingprocesses, ensuring a positive and secure experience for all users. Resolvesecond-level technical incidentsfor macOS, Windows, and SaaS applications. Manage user-level access on platforms likeOktaandGoogle Workspace. Improve support processes and propose optimizations for lifecycle tasks. Maintain accurate asset inventory and generate basic reports.Minimum Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experiencein an IT support environment. Solid experience withmacOS and Windows, and administeringSaaS platforms(Okta, Jira). Experience withIT asset managementand procurement processes. Fluent Englishis required for this position, both spoken and written. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage small projectsWhat We Offer: Temporary contract for paternity leave coverage (approximately 5 months).
