For 4.99€ a month, members can enjoy one hot dog a day for 30 days, turning a small treat into a habit, a community, and a very scalable model.We are looking for a General Manager who will act as the owner of this venture inside the group. Someone who can take a concept that works, give it direction, and build the path from first locations to hundreds.This is not a corporate GM role. This is an entrepreneurial role.ROLE OVERVIEWYou will be the person ultimately responsible for making this venture grow.You will:Own the vision, positioning and roadmap of the concept, together with the foundersTurn that vision into a clear plan with priorities, numbers and timelinesWork with operations, finance, legal and brand to open, improve and scale locationsDesign and refine the model so it can expand fast with strong unit economicsBuild and lead the core team around the concept as it growsSet up simple systems for quality, training and consistencyHelp shape the franchise or expansion model and execute itTrack performance, understand the P&L, and adjust quickly when reality changesYou will have support from the group, but this venture will be your responsibility. We will expect outstanding results. We measure output, not input.WHAT YOU BRINGWe care more about mindset and output than a perfect CV.You likely have:Experience building, running or scaling a business, unit or brand in F&B, retail, franchising or consumerReal exposure to branding, marketing and operations, not just theoryStrong understanding of basic business math, unit economics and P&LExperience hiring, leading and holding people accountableHands on operations experienceAnd you are:Entrepreneurial at heart, you think like an owner, not like an employeeA self starter, you move without needing constant directionComfortable working with limited resources, limited time and imperfect informationHands on, willing to be close to stores, teams and customersFluent in English and Spanish, written and spokenHOW WE WORKBest ideas win, not job titlesWe move fast, learn by doing, and adapt while moving forwardHigh ownership, low dramaSolutions to problems, not problems to solutionsWe give people room to build and expect them to use it wellWe are not looking for someone to “manage a project”.
