IA Group operates across Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.Job Description For our European team in Madrid, we are looking for an experiencedDebt Collection and Claim Recovery Specialist for UK and German cases.In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and successfully recovering (international) trade receivables. You are confident, communicatively strong, and not afraid to apply pressure when necessary.Responsibilities Investigating credit insurance claims and trade receivables Actively contacting and negotiating with debtors abroad Collecting and recovering outstanding receivables Resolving complex trade and payment disputes Collaborating with internal teams and international offices Preparing clear reports and case filesProfile We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience, who works well with people while remaining focused, assertive, and results-driven.Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience in debt collection, claim recovery, or credit management Proven experience in negotiations and debtor management Excellent command of German and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented Stress-resistant and accustomed to working under pressure and deadlines Willingness to travel Proactive, independent, and responsible Residence in Madrid region is preferredWhat We Offer An international and professional working environment A high level of independence and responsibility Complex cases with direct impact Market-conform employment conditions Long-term career prospects within a stable organization
