You are confident, communicatively strong, and not afraid to apply pressure when necessary.ResponsibilitiesInvestigating credit insurance claims and trade receivablesActively contacting and negotiating with debtors abroadCollecting and recovering outstanding receivablesResolving complex trade and payment disputesCollaborating with internal teams and international officesPreparing clear reports and case filesProfileWe are looking for a hands-on professional with experience, who works well with people while remaining focused, assertive, and results-driven.RequirementsAt least 5 years of relevant experience in debt collection, claim recovery, or credit managementProven experience in negotiations and debtor managementExcellent command of German and EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, persuasive, and results-orientedStress-resistant and accustomed to working under pressure and deadlinesWillingness to travelProactive, independent, and responsibleResidence in Madrid region is preferredWhat We OfferAn international and professional working environmentA high level of independence and responsibilityComplex cases with direct impactMarket-conform employment conditionsLong-term career prospects within a stable organization
