Empresas: Meliá Hotels InternationalSi eres un/a apasionado/a por el mundo de la administración de Personal y Payroll, este programa de formación es para ti. Ofrecemos 3 becas en en las oficinas corporativas de Palma de Mallorca para formar a nuevos/as especialistas en el área de Administración de Personal (PA). Hemos diseñado un plan formativo que incluye rotaciones de 3 meses en 3 equipos diferentes, sumando un total de 9 meses de prácticas: BLOQUE A: GESTIÓN DE PROCESOS DE CONTRATACIÓN Y AFILIACIÓNGestionar la correcta aplicación de todo el proceso de contratación, finalizaciones de contrato, movimientos internos y cualquier trámite correspondiente con administración de personal (altas, bajas, variaciones)Gestionar y controlar todo el proceso de comunicación con los organismos públicos: sistemas RED, SEPE (contrat@), certific(at)Gestión de periodos de prueba, finalizaciones de contrato, control de movilidades funcionales, novaciones contractuales, maternidades, excedencias, control interinidades, tramitación permisos de trabajo, etc. Explotación y consulta de datos para atender diversos requerimientos (duplicados de movimientos de afiliación, Informes de afiliación, Vidas Laborales, CASIA, etc..) Requerimientos de Inspecciones de Trabajo.Elaboración de escritos administrativos.Gestión de adaptaciones de jornada BLOQUE B: GESTIÓN DE PROCESOS DE INCAPACIDAD TEMPORAL Control de situaciones de Incapacidad Temporal (Archivo de procesos), descarga de notificaciones (Lector FIE) y registro en las herramientas informáticas establecidas (SAP/Succes Factors). Cálculo de bases reguladora por Incapacidad Temporal, comunicación de las mismas mediante envío de ficheros SILTRA, así como la obtención de respuestas para garantizar el proceso completo.Comunicación con la Mutua de accidentes de trabajo. BLOQUE C: GESTIÓN DE PROCESOS DE NÓMINAConfección y elaboración de nóminas, finiquitos y despidosCálculo de IRPF: Base de cálculo, % de retención y su regularizaciónCuadre y pago de seguros sociales. Presentación y domiciliación de cuenta RLC y RNT.Liquidaciones complementarias (Abono de retribuciones con efectos retroactivos/Vacaciones pendientes de disfrutar)Procedimiento de ingreso de cuotas, Prescripción y Aplazamiento del pago de cuotas.Presentación de retenciones IRPF trimestral (modelo 111).Presentación de retenciones IRPF anual (modelo 190).
