Sales & Marketing Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay

About The Role
The Sales and Marketing trainee will be assisting the Sales & Marketing team in the day-to-day operations, planning campaigns and marketing strategies, elaborating reports and proposals, hosting site inspections and help the team in fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in weekly Sales & Marketing meetings, assist with marketing and promotional projects, assist as required to client events, assist in creating marketing materials for the hotel and its outlets and help the team to coordinate press/celebrity stays.
Program length: 8 to 12 months - Start date: March 2026

What you need to have
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, International Business (Diploma, University studies or Master).
- Fluent in English (B2+ or above)
- Fluent in Spanish (C1+ or above)
- User level of Microsoft Office.
- Passion for sales & marketing management.
- Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
