Main tasks and responsibilities: Applicants are expected to develop an ambitious project to contribute to IBEC strategy based on excellent science, internationalization, translation and talent. Lead and coordinate the Unit: Laboratory supervision and experimental planning Team management Experimental design IP generation and management Requirements for candidates: Essential: PhD in Photonics Expert in Multiphoton Microscopy Competencies and skills: Leadership and people management; critical judgment in identifying and executing research activities; strategic vision for the future of the research field; income and funding generation; collaboration; inclusion; excellent communication and networking. Advantageous: Previous experience in national and international research centres of excellence. Mobility experience in another country.
