We thrive on providing opportunities for exploration, collaboration, innovation, and growth – for both our customers and our team.About The Role We’re seeking a driven Account Executive with a positive and winning attitude to join our team. In this role, you will qualify inbound leads and strive to win quality partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their careers in sales.What You Will DoProspect and qualify new clients that employ 20‑500 office workers across various industries, utilizing phone and video demonstrations.Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.Present to and consultatively sell to C‑Suite executives, Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners, and individuals who purchase print materials and promotional items on behalf of the organization.Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to our Account Management Teams.Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback.Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field.1‑3 years of sales‑related experience.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.A self‑motivated, strong influencing, results‑oriented mindset.Experience in a fast‑paced environment.Pay attention to details.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must.Nice to HavePrevious sales or marketing internship experience is a plus.Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or ability to learn new systems quickly.Trained in sales methodologies such as Sandler or Challenger.Why You'll Love Working Here There is a lot to love about working at VistaPrint.
