You don't need to have managed / led teams, but you will need to have experience mentoring & coaching.Question tiiiiiime..... Do you know how the data you're working with effects the business? This question is KEY. Do you have a passion/interest in AI? Are you a people-person and someone who can work in an start-up, nimble environment?Tech stack / experience needed: Python, R, SQL Lead an AI lab and develop AI products OO programming - APUI's, AWS Lambda, crontab 4+ years Machine Learning methodologies Business acumen, experience with stakeholders Experience with embeddings, genAI and some LLM fine tuning Calibration of unbalanced problems, RF vs XGB, data leakage with oversampling PhD or Masters in Data Science / Engineering / Mathematics AWS experience is a bonusThe AI platform is literally flying off the shelf and leading enterprises are knocking on their door, as no other Decision Intelligence platform is this powerful.
