Mucha suerteEstamos buscando un/a Tech Lead con background técnico, concretamente en tecnologias Java, con +5 años de experiencia en funciones similares.¿De qué proyecto se trata?Buscamos un/a Tech Lead con experiencia sólida en desarrollo backend Java para incorporarse a un proyecto internacional de alto impacto en compañía líder mundial en conectividad, seguridad y transformación tecnológica.Formarás parte de un equipo clave de ingeniería, participando en el diseño y la evolución de soluciones críticas basadas en microservicios, integración de sistemas y despliegue cloud, colaborando con arquitectos y product owners para garantizar la calidad técnica y la escalabilidad de las plataformas.Requisitos:- Liderar técnicamente el equipo de desarrollo en la evolución de servicios y aplicaciones core.- Diseñar e implementar soluciones basadas en Java y microservicios, asegurando la calidad, seguridad y rendimiento del software.- Coordinar integraciones entre sistemas mediante servicios REST y mensajería (Kafka).- Supervisar y apoyar al equipo en buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing y despliegue continuo.- Colaborar con arquitectos para definir estándares técnicos, arquitectura y estrategias cloud (AWS o Azure).- Promover la mejora continua y la adopción de prácticas DevOps y CI/CD.- Participar en decisiones estratégicas sobre diseño, escalabilidad y rendimiento de las soluciones.- Inglés altoSTACK:● Java, SpringBoot, Kafka.● Kubernetes, Docker, API REST● Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ITIL., JIRABeneficios:Contrato Indefinido con CapitoleSalario competitivoRemoto, España1200 euros anuales en ópara que lo utilices en lo que tú quieras (eventos tecnológicos, libros, formaciones, certificaciones etc...)é.Seguimiento con tu equipo todos los meses, para tener un continuo feedback.
