Balance resource allocation between competing projects and make high-impact calls on localized service strategies that align with broader corporate goals. • Cross-Functional Governance: Partner with Global Support Functional Areas (IT, Finance, HR) to ensure the region has the necessary infrastructure to scale. This includes localizing HR talent strategies, ensuring IT systems support regional workflows, and maintaining financial compliance in partnership with Global Finance. • Advanced Personnel Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary team. Foster a culture of accountability and professional growth, managing both direct reports and influencing matrixed teams across the EMEA territory. Requirements and Qualifications:10+ years in senior operations or GM roles, with a proven history of leading large, multi-national high-performance teams.
