Each area of the department works like special-forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.We're looking for a fierce Enterprise Sales Executive to take Revolut's latest offerings to businesses and relentlessly focus on acquisitions of key enterprise accounts, while developing Revolut's commercial footprint in the EU market.Up to shape the future of finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding a solid network of enterprise customers and opening doors to generate revenue across Revolut's solutions (with Account Executives support)Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive the continued value of Revolut's products and servicesManaging and reporting accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieving goals on a quarterly basis, and mentoring sales executives on strategies to reach their goalsSupporting ongoing growth and development, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring repsEstablishing an effective relationship with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellenceWhat you#39;ll need4+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B SaaS enterpriseA proven track record of selling software, SaaS, and/or web services to large enterprise accountsAn impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quotas on a consistent basisExcellent presentation, listening, and deal-making skillsTo be comfortable negotiating with senior executives (C-level)A readiness to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementationThe ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, where local policies and guidelines permitNice to haveAn entrepreneurial spiritTo be a problem-solver and deal-closer with a positive, creative, and innovative mindsetExperience in a reputable startupExceptional cross-functional project management skillsTo be a curious, quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environmentExperience selling to marketing directorsExperience within the payments industryBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
