Now Hiring: Store DirectorLocation: Madrid, SpainContract: Full-time / PermanentWe are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Director to lead its boutique in Madrid.This role offers the opportunity to work within a confidential luxury retail environment defined by craftsmanship, heritage, and elevated customer experience, where attention to detail and discretion are paramount.The RoleAs Store Director, you will have full ownership of the boutique’s performance, overseeing client experience, commercial results, and operational excellence while upholding the highest service standards.Key Responsibilities:Client Experience & Representation • Champion a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards • Build and nurture long-term client relationships and a strong local client network • Represent the business with professionalism, discretion, and integritySales & Commercial Excellence • Drive store performance and achievement of commercial objectives • Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to maximise sales and client engagement • Ensure strong product knowledge across the teamBoutique Standards & Operations • Maintain impeccable visual, merchandising, and operational standards • Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations • Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail excellence guidelinesTeam Leadership & Development • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training • Foster a respectful, professional, and service-led cultureProfile• Proven leadership experience within luxury, premium, or high-end retail • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on leadership approach • Client-focused mindset with a refined service style • Detail-oriented, composed, and strategic • Flexible availability, including weekendsWhy This Opportunity• Join a luxury retail business recognised for excellence • Lead a key boutique in a major European market • Career progression within a premium retail environment • Culture built on leadership, discretion, and consistencyDue to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
