**Second Deputy Store Director - Louis Vuitt**on**

An exceptional retail opportunity awaits at our prestigious **Mediterranean Flagship, the Barcelona Paseo de Gracia Store**. Louis Vuitton is seeking a **Second Deputy Store Director**with a thorough understanding of the luxury market and a key focus on team and client development.

In this role, you will **support the Store Director**by leading and inspiring the store team through hands-on **management and coaching**. You will also be directly accountable for **business development**and **monitoring store operations**and budget.

This position requires a proactive approach to driving commercial performance, identifying business opportunities, and implementing actions to achieve store goals.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Team Management and Development _
- With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated and engaged teams. This involves providing regular feedback, creating detailed career development plans, and guiding Managers to effectively lead and develop their own teams.
- Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility.
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
- Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.Manage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.
Client and Business Development _
- Maximize the potential of all assigned product categories and universes carried in the store, in partnership with the Store Director, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, Country office team ) and fostering synergies between categories.
- Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase objectives.
- Be the voice of the store in your country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations.
- Act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in your local market, by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR).
- Actively track the competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead.
- Role Model on Selling and Floor Management _
- Lead by example on the floor, understand the Clients’ needs, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate an excellence-driven culture.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support as well as ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved.
- Operations _
- Support the Store Director in ensuring that Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management.
- Ensure the coordination and harmonization of front and back of house functions to maintain seamless operations and a cohesive and efficient work environment.

- Proven track record in store management: 8-10 years of experience min.
- Languages: English and Spanish Fluent, other languages will be considered a plus.
- Availability to work 40hr/week and weekends.
