The selected candidate will havedecision-making authority, will lead a team, and will work inclose collaboration with top management.Key Responsibilities HR Strategy Definition and monitoring of theHR budget Preparation ofexecutive presentations Definition and tracking ofHR KPIs Development of HR policies ( compensation, promotion, travel, company car, etc.) Performance & Development End-to-end management of theperformance evaluation system Monitoring and follow-up ofKPIs for all employees Definition and follow-up ofaction plans Analysis ofKPI and performance evaluation results Design of theinternal promotion plan Definition and continuous development of thecompensation policy Labor Relations Handling and resolution ofemployees’ labor-related queries Payroll validation Visa processing Recruitment & Onboarding Support inrecruitment processes Training Support in thedefinition and follow-up of the training planRequired Profile University degree inPsychology, Pedagogy, Sociology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or similar Minimum 10 years of experiencein Human Resources Experience as anHR Manager / HR Generalist Proven experience leading teams Experience in theindustrial sector Fluent English, both written and spoken Key Soft Skills Dynamic and approachable personality Strong decision-making capability Leadership and business-oriented mindset Excellentorganizational and prioritization skills
