Trabajamos con empresas referentes en sus sectores de actividad y para esta vacante colaboramos con empresa sector gran consumo en la búsqueda de un/a Head of international distribution ubicado en Valencia.




La misión principal de la persona incorporada será desarrollar en colaboración con la Dirección de ventas internacional y el equipo de KAMs a su cargo, el negocio B2B y DTR internacional de la compañía.




Entre las funciones del día a día, se encargará de ejecutar los planes por categoría diseñando el Go to Market (comercial – marketing en pdv) para cada mercado, analizar el contexto competitivo para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento de negocio, gestión de cuentas DTR, replicar las mejores prácticas comerciales entre países, definir y asegurar la consecución de KPIs comerciales y de ejecución, preparar el presupuesto anual (en colaboración con el equipo de KAMs) del área, business reviews del negocio con los países y el equipo a su cargo entre otras gestiones que deriven de su rol.




Requisitos



Buscamos un perfil con un alto liderazgo una experiencia previa de mínimo 5 años en posición similar preferiblemente en gran consumo y en sector cosmética.


Imprescindible alto nivel de ingles (C1)
