Empresas: Meliá Hotels International Cuáles serán tus funciones?Atender llamadas internas y externas, ofreciendo información clara y precisa sobre servicios del hotel.Gestionar solicitudes y reservas de los huéspedes (restaurantes, spa, transporte, etc.).Coordinar con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia fluida y memorable.Resolver incidencias con rapidez y empatía, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.Promover servicios adicionales y experiencias exclusivas para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.RequisitosExperiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en hoteles de lujo.Dominio de español e inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados).Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al detalle.Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera, CRM).Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Requisitos :
