Serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros huéspedes, asegurando una experiencia excepcional desde el momento de su llegada hasta su salida.ResponsabilidadesAtender llamadas y solicitudes de huéspedes de manera eficiente y cordial.Gestionar reservas internas, servicios especiales y peticiones personalizadas.Coordinar con otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.Resolver incidencias con rapidez y empatía, manteniendo los estándares de la marca.Promover servicios adicionales y experiencias exclusivas del hotel.RequisitosExperiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en hoteles de lujo.Nivel alto de inglés y español (otros idiomas serán valorados).Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al detalle.Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera u otros).Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Requisitos :
