Wir suchen Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für einen bekannten internationalen Kunden. Wenn du kommunikativ bist und gerne Menschen hilfst, ist dies die perfekte Gelegenheit, um deine Karriere im Kundenservice zu starten oder auszubauen und das bei mediterranem Flair Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Sonntag Arbeitszeit: 08:00 23:00 Uhr (rotierende Schichten) Vollzeit, 40 Stunden pro Woche Bezahlte Schulung: 18 Tage Gehalt & Boni Grundgehalt: 1.045,72 brutto/Monat Leistungsbonus: Bis zu 10 % monatlich Unterkunftsboni (für neue deutschsprachige Mitarbeitende im Juni, Juli & August): 300 Bonus nach 3 Monaten Weitere 300 Bonus nach 6 Monaten Umzug & Homeoffice-Regelungen Unterstützung bei der Übersiedlung (innerhalb der EU): 2 Wochen Hotelunterkunft nach Ankunft Flugticket nach Griechenland Abholung vom Flughafen Maklergebühren für Wohnungssuche werden übernommen Homeoffice-Regelung: Bei Umzug: Homeoffice muss in Athen erfolgen Wenn bereits in Griechenland wohnhaft: Homeoffice möglich von überall in Griechenland Aufgaben Freundlicher und professioneller Kundenservice via Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat Analyse und Lösung von Kundenanfragen auf empathische und effiziente Weise Dokumentation der Kundeninteraktionen im internen System Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und ggf. Nachverfolgung Zusammenarbeit im Team zur stetigen Verbesserung der Servicequalität Anforderungen Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder fließendem Niveau Gute Englischkenntnisse EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder gültige griechische Aufenthaltsgenehmigung Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit, auch an Wochenenden Warum diese Stelle?
