Company Description 22@Network Barcelona is an association of companies and institutions located in Barcelona's 22@innovation district. The organization is dedicated to fostering innovation and knowledge across various sectors to enhance competitiveness and encourage networking. With more than 400 members, 22@Network Barcelona aims to solidify its status as the city's leading innovation hub. The association plays a crucial role in driving collaboration and growth among its member organizations. Role Description The Engagement and Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of member engagement initiatives and programs. Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, organizing events, managing communication channels, and ensuring positive member experiences in colaboration of the Comunications and Events Team. The manager will work closely with different stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona, with some flexibility for remote work some days during the week depending on the agenda. QualificationsStrong project management and program coordination skills Proficiency in stakeholder and partnership management Expertise in event planning and member engagement strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Experience or familiarity with innovation ecosystems and community development Fluency in English, Catalan, and Spanish is preferred Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and program delivery A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technology or a related field is advantageous
