Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.   Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. Launch, manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads and others. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Collaborate with the rest of the marketing department to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, landing pages and content. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and provide feedback and recommendations for new strategies and tactics.   Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2 years of experience or more in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences. Analytical mindset with experience in market research, customer behavior analysis, and performance metrics tracking. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Living in Madrid, Spain. Intermediate or advanced English level, with good communication skills in both written and spoken English. What we offer Join a stable and growing project. A safe environment to improve your skills. A 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.The option to combine in-office work with remote work.Funding for training to help you continue advancing in your professional career. Additional skills to help you stand out (Optional but valuable): A master's degree in digital marketing or data Analytics. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing pages. Experience collaborating with CRO teams. Basic or intermediate WordPress knowledge to update and modify content. Strong understanding of social media advertising and retargeting strategies.  ***The recruitment processes and people involved in them (both recruiters and Project Managers) will not discriminate against any candidacy because of age, disability, ethnicity, marital status, gender, nationality, ideology, politic, race, religion and sexual orientation***
