Core Operations | BarcelonaThis is not a C-level role. This is not a Chief of Staff role. This is not a bureaucratic or administrative position.This is a high-pressure execution role for someone who thrives on follow-up, clarity and closure in complex, fast-moving environments. About the environmentWe are an AI-first fintech company operating across multiple countries, providers and regulatory frameworks.Our biggest risk is not lack of ideas or talent. It’s execution decay: decisions that never fully land.This role exists to make sure that does not happen.We do not operate with:manual bureaucracyExcel-only workflowsstatic documents“this is how it’s always been done”AI tools are part of daily work to think, structure, write and decide. The missionYour job is to operate at the core of the company, working closely with senior leadership and the executive committee, ensuring that priorities turn into completed actions.You will:see initiatives before they become problemschase execution across senior profilesclose loops that usually stay openYou do not define strategy. You understand it well enough to execute it correctly.What you will actually do• Translate leadership inputs (messages, voice notes, decisions) into clear, executable actions• Use AI tools daily to:structure instructionsdraft follow-upsclarify trade-offs• Follow up relentlessly with senior leads• Ask again when answers are vague or incomplete• Track execution in a simple, living log• Escalate only real blockersThis role rewards persistence, clarity and judgment, not hierarchy.Reality check (important)This role does not pay like a C-levelThis role does not offer titles or politicsThis role is measured only by executionWhat it offers instead:Exposure to the real operating core of a fintechDaily interaction with senior decision-makersRapid learning across tech, finance, compliance and opsAI-first execution skills that compound fastGrowth comes from trust and reliability, not promises.Languages (mandatory)Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily work with senior leadership and international stakeholdersFluent Spanish – daily execution with the Barcelona-based teamIf you are not truly bilingual, do not apply. Background (practical)Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Law or similarExperience in execution-heavy roles (operations, project/program management, founder’s office, etc.)Comfortable in fast-paced, imperfect environmentsStrong written communication (AI-assisted) AI-first mindset (mandatory)You are expected to:use AI tools daily to think, write and decideask good questions (prompting matters)consult AI before making complex decisions, not afteravoid manual or bureaucratic defaultsIf AI is not part of your daily workflow, do not apply. LogisticsLocation: BarcelonaOn-site: 3 days per week (mandatory)Remote: rest of the week
